Athletic Facilities & Rentals

Clerc Center Athletics, in collaboration with Demonstration Elementary and Secondary Schools, is proud to offer top-notch athletic facilities for use by our community, organizations, and event partners. Whether you're planning a tournament, camp, clinic, or special event, our venues are available for rental—based on availability and approval.

Facility Rental Guidelines:

• All rental requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance
• Rentals are subject to availability and the school activity schedule
• A signed rental agreement, proof of insurance, and payment are required prior to use
• Additional charges may apply for custodial, security, or staff supervision

How to Apply:

1. Complete the Clerc Center Rental Request Form

2. Await confirmation and approval from the Athletic Department
